Raising an Alert
Pressing one of the three alert types connects your worker to our monitoring station, who can determine their location within 3 feet. Automatic fall detection is also available through the app.
Check-In Timers
Highly customisable check-in times provides peace of mind for workers in high-risk situations. If a check-in timer if not met, an alert is sent to the monitoring centre who can check-in on their location.
Worker Privacy
Our app does not send worker locations until an alert is sent. All information is stored in the UK and is GDPR compliant, whilst the technology itself is accredited under BS8484 standards.
Location Services
Location services are delivered by Apple and Google using a combination of mobile 3G/4G networks, Wi-Fi and GPS positioning and require an internet connection in order to operate.
Alert Response
Upon an alert, our monitoring station will be provided with the user's details and location. The user is called to verify the situation and what action is needed. If the call is unanswered, they will call a nominated contact and the emergency service if required.
Wearable Tech
Where security is paramount, an optional Bluetooth wireless device is available, paired with a smartphone to offer a discreet way of sending alerts. This is also compatible with Apple watches.
